We are very happy with the new windows, our home is library quite. Two of the windows were a quarter of an inch off. They came out remeasured and later replaced. Kudos to Storm Impact

We are very happy with our windows and sliders. They have reduced our electric bill, made it quieter inside and helped us feel safer if a storm arrives. We were able to easily schedule warranty service for minor maintenance. Many thanks goes out to Diana (in the office) along with Mike and Jesse (our service technicians) for your professional efficient work and for being so polite.

Highly recommend! Amazing product, knowledgeable team. The permit process which would otherwise be the most stressful part, was made seamless and stress free due to Carol Hammersla. Her detailed knowledge of the processes made my husband and I feel at ease throughout.

We encountered nothing from professionalism from the sales manager coming out to our home to the rep who called us for scheduling the installation to the crew that installed the windows. We received clear instructions on how much space was needed around each window a few days ahead of the installation so we had time to prepare and once at our home the installation team took great care to make as little mess as possible.

I just got all of my window changed to Impact Windows. My experience with StormTight has been GREAT! It started with Juan Carlos Rodrigueuz explaining all StormTight options and thoroughly explained how there product out performs others. When they came to install the crew they sent were very professional and showed up on time. They knocked the job out in 1- 1/2 days and keep the inside of my house clean. I would like to Thank your company and staff for a GREAT Experience!
